Unfortunately, we only ship to the United States. We are currently working to bring free shipping worldwide or at least more affordable options. Updates will be posted on our social medias.

  1. 5. My product arrived damaged. What can I do?

We have a money back guarantee in case a product arrives damaged or not as described. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

 

  1. 6. I only received a part of my order, where are the other items?

If you order more than one item, expect every item to be shipped separately. This is why some products may arrive earlier than others. If it's been longer than 2 months since your order was placed,  please contact us at support@sublimexshop.com. Be sure to provide your name and order number and we'll keep you updated on your order.
